Delivery Policy

All TrigunAI services are digital and delivered online. We do not ship physical products. This page explains exactly when and how you get access after signing up or completing a paid enrollment.
1. What we deliver
- Course access — recorded module videos, live class scheduling, project review, GPU access where applicable.
- Email communication — sign-in links, class invites, course updates.
- Dashboard access at learn.trigunai.com — your enrollments, progress, and class schedule.
There is no physical good shipped. There is nothing for a courier to deliver.
2. How fast you get access
- Free signup: instant. The moment you click the sign-in link in your email, your account is active and you can access the first 2 modules of any course you enroll in.
- Paid enrollment (when it goes live): instant access on payment confirmation from the gateway. The full course unlocks on your dashboard within 60 seconds of successful payment.
- Live class scheduling: we'll reach out within 1 business day of your enrollment to find a time that works for you.
- GPU access (for ML & Physical AI courses): provisioned within 24 hours of paid enrollment.
3. What you need on your side
- A working email address — that's how we send sign-in links.
- A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — current or one version behind).
- Working internet — at least 5 Mbps for video streaming.
- Hardware as needed per the course (Meta Quest 3 for VR/MR labs, etc.) — see Pricing for what's included vs not.
4. If you don't get access
If you don't see the sign-in email within 5 minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder. The sender is
DoNotReply@*.azurecomm.net. - Confirm you used the right email address.
- Try the "Send me the link" button again — every request generates a fresh link.
- Still nothing? Email deepak@trigunai.com with the email address you tried. We'll fix it within 24 hours.
If you paid for a course and the access didn't unlock, contact us immediately — we will resolve within 4 working hours and credit your account.
5. Where we serve
The TrigunAI courses platform is accessible globally over the public internet. We do not block any country except where required by Indian law or international sanctions. Tax and payment-method availability may vary by country — Indian payment methods (UPI, RuPay) are best supported.
6. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime on the platform. If we have planned maintenance, we will email enrolled students at least 24 hours in advance. Scheduled live classes are not affected by planned maintenance — we schedule maintenance windows outside class times.
If you encounter prolonged platform downtime that prevents you from accessing your course (more than 24 hours within a billing period), let us know and we'll extend your cohort access by the equivalent time at no charge.
