Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Trigunaï Innovations Pvt Ltd (CIN: U86909BR2025PTC078945), a private limited company incorporated in India with registered office at Patna, Bihar. References to "TrigunAI", "we", "us", or "our" refer to this company.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the service only with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• You must provide a working email address. We may suspend accounts where the email is invalid or where signup activity looks abusive.

3. Account & security

You sign in via single-use email magic links. We never ask for a password. Anyone who can read your email can log into your account, so keep your inbox secure. Sessions last 30 days; you can sign out anytime from the dashboard.

You agree not to (a) share your sign-in link, (b) impersonate another person, (c) create multiple accounts to abuse the free-trial allowance, or (d) access the platform via automated means without our written consent.

4. The courses we offer

TrigunAI currently offers four hands-on courses. Each course is described on the courses page at learn.trigunai.com:

• Build & Ship Your First VR/MR App — flagship, 11 modules, ~14 hours of content + live cohort over 3 months.
• Build Agentic AI Systems — 9 modules, ~10 hours + live cohort.
• Machine Learning & Its Math — 10 modules, ~12 hours + GPU access during the cohort.
• Physical AI — Train a Robot in Simulation — 8 modules, ~10 hours + provided NVIDIA GPU access. Currently on waitlist.

The course pages show curriculum, level, and duration. Current pricing is at trigunai.com/pricing. Pricing and curriculum may evolve; you will be charged only the price displayed at the time you complete a paid enrollment.

5. Free trial

When you create a free account and enroll in any course, you get:

• Free access to the first 2 modules of every course you enroll in.
• 1 live class slot per enrolled course, scheduled on-demand (we will work with your availability while the cohort is small).

The remaining modules and unlimited live classes unlock when you complete the paid enrollment.

6. Paid enrollment

Paid enrollment is not yet active at the time of these Terms. When it becomes available:

• Payment will be processed by Razorpay or an equivalent licensed payment gateway.
• Course access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
• You will receive an invoice for tax purposes; GST will be added if and when we become GST-registered.
• The refund window and conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Course delivery commitments

• Recorded module videos: streamed via our platform with on-demand access during your cohort.
• Live classes: scheduled at times we mutually agree on. While the cohort is small, we schedule per individual; once we have 5+ active students per course, we may move to fixed batch times announced in advance.
• GPU access (for ML and Physical AI courses): provided NVIDIA A10G GPUs in NVIDIA Isaac Lab and PyTorch environments, available during your cohort duration (typically 3 months from enrollment).
• VR classroom (where applicable): hosted on Meta Quest 3 environments built in-house.
• If we cannot deliver a scheduled live class due to our fault, we will reschedule and add a make-up session. If we cannot reschedule within 30 days, a prorated refund is available.

8. Your conduct

While using TrigunAI you agree not to:

• Record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course videos, materials, or live class recordings.
• Misuse the GPU access (cryptocurrency mining, brute-force computation unrelated to the course, illegal use).
• Harass instructors or other students.
• Attempt to break into other accounts, the platform's infrastructure, or any third-party service we use.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this section; for severe violations (illegal use, harassment), no refund applies.

9. Intellectual property

All course content (videos, slides, code samples, written materials) is owned by Trigunaï Innovations Pvt Ltd or its licensors. When you enroll, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own learning.

Code and projects you build during the course belong to you. You are free to use them commercially, open-source them, or include them in your portfolio. We retain a credit-mention right where reasonable (e.g. "Built during TrigunAI's VR/MR course") — but it's not mandatory.

10. Third-party services

You may need accounts or licenses for third-party services to complete the courses — for example, a Meta Quest device, an OpenAI/Anthropic API key for the Agentic AI course, a GitHub account. We help you set these up but we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or terms.

11. Cancellation by you

You may cancel your free account anytime by emailing deepak@trigunai.com. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for paid enrollment cancellations.

12. Suspension by us

We may suspend or terminate your access — with prior email notice except in cases of suspected fraud or abuse — if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Payment for a paid enrollment is reversed (chargeback) without prior dispute through us.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We discontinue the service. In this case, paid students will get a prorated refund for the unused portion.

13. Disclaimers

TrigunAI provides courses and platform "as is." We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Course content reflects our best knowledge at the time of recording; rapidly-evolving AI and VR tools mean some details may become outdated.

We do not guarantee any specific career outcome, job offer, or business success from completing our courses. The skills you develop are real and useful; what you build with them depends on you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of TrigunAI services is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts at Patna, Bihar, India.

Before going to court, please write to deepak@trigunai.com describing the issue. We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days as per the IT Rules 2021. The Grievance Officer's contact is in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes (anything affecting your paid enrollment or significant rights) will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Other changes are effective on posting. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
